Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Maigent (the “Service”), operated by Maigent, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Maigent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview of Service

Maigent is a personal AI ecosystem designed to help improve the quality of the user's digital life through use of interconnected applications. The Service is available to users globally intended for use by both individuals and companies.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Not share your account with anyone else.

3. Subscription and Payment

Maigent operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you cancel your subscription, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create on Maigent. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate or attempt to violate the security of the platform.
• Share your account with others.
• Use the Service to solicit investments outside the scope of Maigent in a misleading or harmful manner.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, including if we reasonably suspect:

• You have violated these Terms;
• You are using the Service in a manner that may be illegal or harmful to others.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and any associated data may be revoked.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Maigent provides a platform for facilitating connections. We do not verify, vet, or guarantee the accuracy or legality of any interactions or transactions that occur outside of the platform. We are not responsible for any information you choose to share with investors or other users outside of Maigent.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the “Effective Date” above and/or notifying you via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
